Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. If your order is placed after 10 AM EST, it will be shipped to you the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at  within 60 days of purchase.

If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on your original online receipt.

If your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment. We can also send a replacement free of charge, and you can keep or discard of the damaged product. 

Please note: TheFamousMusician offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Thus, we are unable to refund return shipping fees.

Due to the fact that digital products are instantly delivered to you  after you complete payment, and the digital product can not be “returned” in a conventional sense, our team at The Famous Musician decided on a refund policy specific for digital products that is fair for both you and our company. Understanding that our normal return policy would cause our company to suffer a great loss due to the customer being able to keep the product forever because it is digital. 

All returns of digital products are subject to a 50% fee withheld from the refund. 

The 50% fee applies to digital products returned for any of these reasons:
- Not satisfied with the content of the product  (The product is described in great detail prior to purchasing)
- Decided you no longer want it. (The product is delivered digitally and can not be returned)
- Ordered on “accident” 
- Any reason not covered by the exempt list below.

Digital product returns that are exempt of 50% fee:
- Ordered the wrong product (ie. You meant to get the physical book but ordered the e-Book) 
- You were not the one who made the purchase. Fraud. (further action will be taken with your bank in order to protect our company)

When shipping the item back to us, please use the original packaging, if possible.

Kindly include your invoice/order number and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records.

Processing time for returns is usually 3-7 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.

We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.

Should you open a dispute, instead of asking for a refund, we will keep 50% of the disputed amount while we gather evidence for our submission of the dispute.
